We apologize you received a bottle that leaked! We always try our best to package our fluid products with appropriate protection and labeling, but despite this, sometimes the package will still be mishandled by our shipping partners during transport causing leaks.
To make things right, try and locate the bottle(s) that have the leak and take a photo of the front as well as the side with the measurement marks showing how much fluid remains in the bottle. Then fill out a support request here, attaching the photos and including your order number.
After reviewing your support request and photos, we will send you a replacement bottle as needed.
